"I give no stars to this bank but the post made me give one. I opened an account for my employment direct deposit on line. I then called customer service to make sure all was well with what I had opened and I was told that because I did not use my full name of Katherine as is on my license I should go into a branch and clarify my full name. I did so after waiting quite a while to talk to someone and I presented my license. They then without telling me closed my account and latter told me that it looked like fraud, like I was taking over Kathy's account, and when they closed the account without telling me, my paycheck had no place to go and was returned to Paychex and I had so many problems because I could not pay my bills because these people are incompetent @$$holes."

"This branch has caused me so many financial problems and stress when they put a hold on a check that was given to me by a family member to pay for important things like an emergency car repair. They put a hold on the check for over a week to review, but couldn’t explain to me why they needed to do this other than the fact that I don’t normally have that much money in my account, so they said it was possibly being reviewed for fraud. I was unable to get my car fixed because of this, forcing me to bus and uber everywhere, costing me even more money that I don’t have. I cannot wait to close my account and switch to a better bank!"

"Not this bank in particular the whole company is cheat..you got 8 dollars in the bank for example.. you use 5 wake up -2 in the account next day.."

"This place is a nightmare. Went to cash a check today that I signed over to my mother. The bank refused to cash it saying I had to do it in my own (and pay the extra fee ). They then WROTE ON THE CHECK AND SCRATCHED OUT MY WRITING making the check nearly impossible to cash someplace else. Went to another branch and they cashed it without issue."
