"My husband and I contacted Wilcox Travel Leaders for help planning our honeymoon. Neither one of us vacations often, so we thought it would be beneficial to use a travel agency. We ended up getting almost no information for $100. Cindy, who was credited as the "honeymoon expert", provided us with information about potential options in Key West. Then, when we asked for her opinion on the hotels, she sent us the web link to the hotel and didn't answer our questions. After having gone to Key West (on a trip we ended up planning ourselves), I am very glad we didn't use her services because she didn't know major differences between the hotels (such as requiring ubers everywhere from one of them vs. being able to walk everywhere) in a city she suggested to us and told us she has sent people before."
