"If I could give a negative star, I would. Jerri-Lynn is extremely disorganized resulting in extreme unprofessionalism. I booked a trip with her, I NEVER received any documentation or receipts via mail or phone. When I finally called her 1 1/2 months later to see what was happening if anything, she had taken 2 separate $1000 transactions on my credit card. I requested ANY kind of paperwork be sent to my address. I called her 2 days later and told her I wanted to cancel which was well within my right to do based on the paperwork saying I could cancel anytime prior to 45 days before trip. Jerri-Lynn basically told me if I did, I would only receive $326 back out of my $2000? I told her that I would then call my bank and do a "charge back." She said "go ahead." Now, I have traveled for years by way of LIBERTY TRAVEL. I thought that I would give a small local company my business. Never again!!!! I will tell EVERYONE NEVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH TRAVEL LEADERS!!!! I own my own business and would never treat any Customer this way. You may think that I'm only one unhappy Customer but one unhappy Customer can turn into 1000 in a matter of days. Jerri-Lynn, I hope you spent your commission $$ wisely from my cancellation "fee!""
