"I was in another medical transport and the driver of their vehicle blocked the entrance yelling at my driver that he should not be there. Garbage All medical transports carrying disabled individuals drop off in front. The driver proceeded to block the entrance in an unsafe manner so ALL cabs could not get in and out causing a build up with everyone waiting. I called the company only to be met with an extremely unprofessional person on the phone barely spoke understandable English and continued to defy me. I would NEVER recommend this extremely unprofessional classless operation. Stay clear I’d be afraid to get in a vehicle with them"

"I've been using dependable for years! I use their service 5 days a week! ALWAYS on time!! And when I need a ride that's a bit far I ALWAYS get a decent deal! NEVER had a problem with any of the driver's being rude or anything! I REALLY have used about EVERY cab service around and dependable is hands down THE BEST! Not sure of the rest of the reviews I've read about being hung up on or waiting for hours etc it's NEVER happened to me and i do have to say everyone has a bad day EVERY now and then!! ALSO remember your lack of planning DOES NOT constitute an emergency on someone else's part particularly a busy business...I'm happy with them all around I've gotten where I need to go rain,sleet or snow at7am Monday- Friday.....Thanks dependable for getting me where I need to be everyday!!!"

"Posted this on their page on Facebook and now it's your turn Google world. Called for a taxi one hour and thirty minutes ago. First time I called, the female, I don't know her name but she is the rudest person I have ever held a phone conversation with, completely wasted my time. Hung up after picking up the phone. Called back. She took down my information told me it would be 15-20 minutes. Twenty minutes passed thrice and some change. Called continuously. Did not answer and finally when she did put me on hold and hung up. Not the first time this, dare I say woman because she sure doesn't act like one, has done this. The male whom I get during the mornings on the phone is the complete opposite. Too bad for them because I travel quite a bit but they will no longer be getting my service. At all. This site will not be the only one to hear of the poor service. Disrespectful actions are deplorable and downright disgraceful. Have a nice day. So just to clarify. Whoever was working Halloween 2014 at around 11-1p.m. . Female. She especially needs to be fired. Who thinks it's okay, besides her, to string people along? Every time I call she answers then hangs up when I talk. Now it's just funny. You're an adult. Act like it. Mind you I ended up calling another cab service figuring she wasn't doing her job. They told me 20-30 minutes. It took them less than fifteen. Makes sense? Me thinks not. Now I've been polite on the phone, surprisingly, despite the rudeness of her actions.
