"If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a Valentines Day arrangement for my wife. The flowers arrived on the 13th and were the worst flowers I have ever seen! The rose petals fell off, leaving tiny rose buds on the stems, and the other flowers were brown, wilted, and dried up. The carnations seem to be ok, I think. I've attached photos of what it looks like, and added a pic from their site of what it is supposed to look like!"

"I ordered a Thanksgiving centerpiece on Nov. 18 for my niece in GA. It was promised to be delivered on Wed.or Thanksgiving Thursday. It was never delivered and it took me 3 hours to demand a refund. I was offered a new day of delivery and was told they were overwhelmed with orders. Why would I accept any other day then Thanksgiving for a Thanksgiving centerpiece??? My money was accepted pronto when I ordered but after that their customer service was a horror show. Never waste your good money with them and order from your local florist."

"Deliver the product that consumers purchase and when you fail, don't give a customer a hard time about a refund. I used to be a customer and left for bad services, rejoined last week and on your first order it was no good and the re-order replacement never came and lied about attempting to deliver. No one came on the following 2 days to attempt delivery so it clearly was a lie by your franchise location. Oh and the delivery attempt is non existent because there is video surveillance at the property. And two days after this so called delivery attempt you don't try delivering again? ‍So not only was the original order made with the wrong flowers, the “free replacement order” never even was made as far as I am concerned. Don’t advertise flowers that you can’t afford and substitute daisies for Lilies as we can tell right away"

"First of all my order was cancelled, then the service operator discussed for so long to discuss that the order was cancelled until a new offer was made. Then the delivery time was delayed for 4 days and the delivery of the flowers was bad, the powder for maintenance was missing, the flowers looked dull and the presentation was worst. Worst experience ever."

"Absolutely astonishing ordered flowers for funeral to arrive day before and the flowers never ever were delivered had to substitute plastic flowers instead. Family horrified and stressed. Phone operators were unknowledgable and refused to get a supervisor or give a phone number for legal department. This is the worst nightmare. This company is well known all over the world this is a piss poor indication of their right to exercise business. I am definitely seeking legal advice."
