"I placed an order for a floral spray for the wake of a close friend. The wake was one day, 2-4pm and 7-9pm. I was told the arrangement would arrive to the funeral home the day of the wake by 1:00pm. By 2:05, the flowers still had not arrived. I spent over 45 minutes outside on the phone with the parent company to find out why this $225 arrangement had not been delivered, only to be put on hold multiple times for 10-15 minutes each time. Finally someone tells me that while I was trying to get an answer the flowers were delivered at approximately 2:40pm. They were missing the custom banner that was requested I and was charged extra for. Their remedy for the late delivery and missing item was a $20 credit. I find this absolutely unacceptable, especially under the circumstances. I emailed them directly to the address provided on their website with NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Completely unprofessional. Would never recommend them and I would certainly never use them again. They had 2 and a half days, they had my contact information (email and phone) and could have, at the very least, reached out to let me know if there was any issue, which they did not."

The arrangements were absolutely beautiful- the one on the left was designed completely on the spot by the lovely employee who helped me. The one on the right was an adaptation from their “menu” of sorts, and I couldn’t be happier with both. Thank you so much, I will be back for more!"
