"David did not work with us in hard times. During 2020 (Covid) we tried to cancel and get our deposits back for a wedding package. He refused numerous times and even got a bit defensive. ALL of our deposits from other vendors were refunded in full due to the nature of the pandemic, and those vendor’s understanding of the situation in general. David did not have the same understanding. David refused to give us a single cent back. Which, sure, that’s his choice. But it also made us run far and fast from his company and anyone related to it, and leave this review. It’s two stars because he continuously has Google pull down bad reviews so the customers won’t see them. Hope everyone else has a better experience."

"Absolute worst DJ/Photographer/Videographer and Photo Booth we could've had. DJ didn't do ceremony, only reception - he messed up 4 people's entrances.... Videographer and Photographer were rude, didn’t listen to bride and groom, and inappropriate to our guest. They made disgusting comments. Went up for food before the parents ate, absolutely unexpectable. Photo Booth was rude to the children in our wedding party and on her phone the entire night. She (Rita - photo booth) gave the middle finger to our DJ in front of our guest. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed entirely. Never apologized or said anything about our feedback."

"We had David & Rita from Party Connection DJ both our ceremony & reception... we have to say we definitely made the right choice! We had so many people compliment David, knowing exactly what everyone wanted to hear & he didn't miss a beat! Rita did a great job, oh yeah they do photobooths too! There were great props and everyone had a blast, looking forward to seeing all the pictures once we get them! I was nervous booking someone from the area (as I'm not from Rochester), but I'm so glad I booked. David was great from the beginning of booking to the day of our wedding (calling to make sure everything was okay and if we needed to change anything). They did a great job!"
