"They scan people out of their money by taking more out of the checks there websites are misleading saying they're open to 9 but when you call 2 hours before that they try to make you go to the corner store next to their building so they can get more money from u they're selling illegal liquor to minors which I will be making a tip to the local cops"

"This place is HORRIBLE, first time EVER coming to this place to cash a check, and they try to tell me to NOT endorse the check when it's ALREADY been endorsed, how is someone whose NEW to this suppose to know that, this place is HORRIBLE in all aspects, and I hope someone catches onto their sketchy business"

"Gave it five star so it can be at the top. Probably one of the WORST customer service. I had called this place to cash a refund check, I told them that I signed my check when I got it and that I was ready to cash it out now. He mentioned that he wasn’t able to cash the check because it’s already signed. I explained to him that I signed it when I received it but never got around to it till now. The only reason it’s a few months old is because it took months just to get here. I received it last month and found the time to cash it. The check says I have up to a year to cash it so I wasn’t worried about it. My problem is that they weren’t able to cash it because it was already signed. He mentioned it had something to do with the system. When I asked him to explain the system to me, he hung up on me. Wouldn’t I have to sign the check when I get there either way? Really unprofessional and I’m surprised this place is still in business."

"Tops for some reason would not cash my check so I was forced to go here. I had a great experience, there was one gentleman working and he took great care of me. They do charge 2% to cash the check which is more than Tops ($1) however after how quick and easy it was to cash my check here I will now be a returning customer.
