"What a nasty, disagreeable woman they have representing this place. After coming in to inquire about flowers for my grandfather’s funeral, instead of being helpful and offering condolences, my mother was simply shown albums of flowers only to be told they were “too busy” and “didn’t have time” to put together arrangements. From the beginning, if she was overbooked, she could have politely declined and recommended we go elsewhere. Sadly, this place was referred to us by the funeral home…bad choice on their part. For those in Valley Stream looking for great customer service and beautiful and timely work, this is not the place. Thank you to Central Florist instead for their grace and kindness. They can teach DePalma a thing or two on how to treat grieving customers."

Pays to stay local and deal direct with establishment. No ordering online. No surprises with deliveries. Not nameless or faceless. Big thank you from southern Utah."
