"This business is absolutely harassing and unprofessional. A family member of mine is constantly being harassed with spam calls from this location as you aren't supposed to receive calls from florists. It's very suspicious that they would call multiple times, and is leaning towards being a scam. Please do not make any purchases from this florist."

"Highly Unprofessional. Answers from one number and then “hangs up” and calls back from another. Then gets off suddenly due to “emergency” and calls back from yet another number altogether. I decided not to do business with this chaos and now I get texts from a completely different number with harassing messages. When I called back there was no reference to a business or florist but it was the same person. Very strange!!"

"My 85 year old father was in the hospital and could not celebrate his 32nd wedding anniversary with his wife. In person. I stressed the importance of this with a guy named Brian on the cell number affiliated with this website. I needed the arrangement to be all Pink carnations, like there wedding day and was assured his wife would receive all pink carnations. I was quoted a price and agreed. Bottom line, I was charged 90.00 for something I never ordered. I text him and waited all day for him to respond. Nothing. This was upsetting and at this point criminal. I’m disputing the charge with my bank. I just might pay Brian a little visit."

"This is the most unprofessional business I've ever encountered. I ordered a flowers balloons and a bear at 10am this morning I specifically asked if it was possible that they could be believed ASAP the owner assured me that it was possible! I called back at 1pm they said the delivery person was on the way. I spoke to the person that was suppose to receive the flowers at 6 pm and they informed me that flowers was never sent. I call the florist back she was very dismissive she even HUNG up on me when i asked for a refund. When I called back she said I have other customers to deal with and hung up again! DO NOT waste your time or money with this company !"

"I ordered a white and blue standing spray arrangement for a wake I attended in Oceanside. When I arrived, I was shocked to find out that a vase full of half dead flowers was delivered instead. When I called to complain, I was instructed to send a photo and wait for a callback. That call never came and subsequent attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. I have initiated a claim with my bank. Very shady business. I do not recommend."
