"I dropped my husband off at the train station around 1:45 pm today, on a Sunday afternoon. It was quiet. I dropped him off right in front of the office and there was a cab beeped at me nonstop, even though I was all the way on the side and did not block him. And there were so many empty spots directly in front of the office. My husband got off and I pulled away immediately, all within a minute. The cab driver, Gary, was determined to park in that particular spot enough - he hit my husband and continued to drive with my husband on the hood of his car until he parked, in broad daylight. It was horrifying. He then laughed about it like a true sociopath. My husband didn't want to be late for work so he didn't file a police report, even though he had the tingling sensation on his knees from the impact. For your safety, stay away from this business, literally, do not even stand near it."

"it was freezing outside and it was 11 at night i went in there for some heat to see how much money i had to see if i was gonna get a taxi and then they started to threaten me with a bat telling me get out and im 16 years old lucky i didn’t call the cops and give them a child endangerment charge i was crying"

"They're the local Taxi hub for my area. They're not bad, but sometimes you have to call 40 minutes before your train leaves just to ensure you get to the train on time. It's a good problem for them, it means They're busy. Horrible problem for me! But the drivers are cool, like I said, it's the local hub for my area"

"Was told would pick me up three to six minutes at MacArthur airport at midnight when I called a week before.when I called at 1230am I was told it would be an hour and a half wait I explained I was in a wheelchair and could the dispatcher give me the name of any other service he said he could not help me . unfortunately I had left my wallet home when I left but had packed my passport this allowed me to depart and arrive on my trip and I took cash out in chase in north Carolina.however I couldn't download Uber or Lyft cause my credit cards were home with my wallet.what a dilemma .luckily I convinced someone to give me a ride I guess it helped that I was wearing my veterans gear."
