"Kenia was very patient and sweet, and it was a pleasure working with her throughout the planning process….. however the day of my wedding, things didn’t go as planned. The flowers were still very beautiful but something’s were not done that were “discussed” and that she noted in with pen, including moving flowers from ceremony to the reception hall. It was pouring the day of my wedding, and she did not delivery although it was paid for. That was a mistake on our end, not making sure that details were properly added to proposal or getting a copy of the proposal with the added notations. Regardless, Kenia was very nice and hard working. I wish I had better experience on my wedding day."
