We live in the Boston area, and she was so flexible in working with me from out of state on payment and vision-boarding! When I went in to see her in person for the first time, she spent over an hour just running around the shop, showing me different floral combinations, making sure that she had everyone's names and orders properly recorded -- her attention to detail was truly incredible. Despite the fact that the shop was in the middle of creating florals for a large-scale funeral, she made sure to take the time to listen to my thoughts, and to create exactly what I was thinking!
