"Received flowers from my boyfriend from this florist. They looked nothing like the arrangement he picked. All of the pink roses had brown on the petals. The mini roses being the worst. I had to remove petals from every rose in the bouquet. Arrangement looked very sloppy. The pics were from after I removed a lot of damaged petals."
