They showed an hour early, I was still on my flight, and then I had to wait 4 hours. And recently I placed an order at 4, wanting same day delivery. It's now 7:50 and still no response. "I got an OZ of the Papa Smoke Wedding Cake crumble and there definitely some sort of foreign substance in it. I have encountered this same problem with many brands, so it's fairly common, and now I have to add Papa Smoke to the no-buy list. The taste and smell are similar to sulfur, and from what I have read, many people think it is a fungicide. I should have opened the jar or tasted it before leaving. [UPDATE 10/12/23] I am pleasantly surprised by the owner's quick response and willingness to resolve this issue. Moved review from 1 star to 2 stars. Will move again after calling. I already made a bunch of it into butter though, and I'm an hour away, so I am not sure what we can work out, but I will remain hopeful because I will eventually be back in the area. [UPDATE 10/13/233] Via text, the store declined to take back the remaining product because it was opened but it was obviously opened based on my review. They only offered me 15% off my next purchase. That was really disappointing and not nearly what they promised in their reply. I asked for 25% off and got no reply. Womp womp."
