"Very disappointed with cleaning service. This white gold necklace costs over 1000$, since it started to change color, I went to shop to ask for clean. First, he mentioned I need to come back after 2 days. Then he started to sell service cost $150, stated it needs special process to reverse color, although will never go back to original color. I insisted to only do cleaning, then he came back in 2 minutes saying he finished cleaning. He said he cleaned chain part, but later corrected himself saying the whole pendant was also cleaned, he emphasized cleaning will not do anything, that was true. I was not happy that he asked me to come back in 2 days if it can only take 2 minutes to finish, also the quality and service you get with thousand dollar is as shown here."

"Horrible customer service. When my husband went to go to do the return with receipt, they wouldn't let him do it, because he lost his initial credit card and it was no long active. They insisted that he bring back his lost credit card or receive merchandise credit instead. If they need to put back the return on the initial card, they should be able to do that using their own system. How does it make any sense to demand the customer bring a lost card to do the return?"

"I had a great experience shopping at this location. Being a NYC girl I was a little skeptical of going to a LI branch. They did not disappoint when it comes to service and selection. I knew I wanted a classic style charm bracelet, but I knew sizing would be an issue. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I had to have my item customized and the service department was helpful and quick. They gave us a two week delivery date and that worked for us. As we left I stopped a floor staff to ask some questions about some leather accessories and he was also friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back. #LocalGuides"
