"I’d give zero stars if it was possible. Took my engagement ring in to be resized and they ruined it. There are many scratches and marks in the platinum band from whatever clamp they used to hold it during cutting. They never even covered or polished the cut line, it’s ugly and clear as day. I don’t have any idea how a jeweler thought it was acceptable to give back in that condition and I don’t trust them to attempt at fixing it."
