"Went in to pick up prom flowers, we spent a half hour trying to figure out what color we wanted so to match the dress, only to pick them up and not have the flower that we wanted. The woman decided to make the change and not call or ask us if it was ok. That wasn't the biggest issue, I respect her making a change because she wasn't happy with the quality of the rose, however the way she spoke to me when I questioned if that was the roses that were picked out. She was extremely rude and talked down to us. We ended up returning the flowers, getting a refund and going across the street to Hess, where they were so friendly, accommodating and made the arrangements in a half hour. I would recommend going to Hess Bro. and will never go back to Expressions again"

The flowers were fresh and vibrant and I was so pleased with everything. They even traveled from Hamburg to Buffalo and personally delivered the flowers to my girls and I at the salon we were using, then the boys at the church, and finally the table arrangements at our reception.
