"I have a Bulova watch that needed a pin repair in the middle of the band. I took the watch to a few shops in Amherst and Tonawanda. They all said they couldn't repair it, only the manufacturer could. I took it here and Jason fixed it in less than 20 minutes during my lunch break. If New Generation Jewelers can't fix it then no one can. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Stop here first!"

"Further in response to business owner you refused to give me a store credit and kept my reciept.so you are an outright liar. I spent about $300 in jewelry repair and special ordered from your catalogs. You don't care about your customers you aren't loyal to your customers. Nice posting a review but not on the person's so they cant respond. Like to have you do lay away and keep your money and the receipt. I am contacting the better business Bureau about their illegal practices. They kept $80 which was obviously more important than keeping me as a long time customer. I was with then for 13+ years. May you reap what you have sow."

"I thought this place was great until I took my daughters ring to be fixed. While straightening out her silver ring somehow the ring ended up a size bigger after it was fixed than when I brought it in. I told them it was a size bigger and he gave me prices. I explained to him that I paid for the ring to be straightened not straightened and sized. Instead of at least offering a discount he became angry when I explained the situation he looked it up and saw that the ring was not to be sized. I just don't feel I should have to pay for another service when you did not give my ring back to me the same size it was when I brought it in. Charge me for another service? Yeah right! At least you could have offered a discount!"
