"My girlfriend went in store and paid for a necklace that had to be ordered and shipped to the store. They told her it would take 2 weeks for it to arrive. Two weeks later they say they have no record of her order and she sat on the phone with customer service for over an hour. Very unprofessional of the associates in that store. A waste of time and money."
