"I went to the mall to look at some jewelry. I stoped in Zales first where I met the store manager Anna. She was friendly and very professional. She took time with me to show me all the items I was interested. Before making a purchase I wanted to see what Kay’s had, it is the next store over. The experience was night and day with the manger at Kay’s. She was so persistent and pushy that I didn’t even want to look at any items of interest. I went back to Zales, where the atmosphere is much more pleasant and continued my shopping. Zales is just classier all around, staff included."

"I came to this location for our wedding bands and the service was outstanding! The staff there (Pauline specifically) was so helpful. She went above and beyond anything I expected, she even special ordered my ring size since they didn’t carry it in the store and I received the ring so fast! I would give her ten stars if I could! "If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t recommend anyone go to Zales any longer but especially not this one!! I sent my engagement ring in for resizing and cleaning and it was LOST!!!! It was only realized that it was lost after I called and investigated. I had contacted this store several times and was turned away and told to keep waiting for my ring. Now they’ve given me a “replacement ring” and it’s no surprise they didn’t even do that right. I was told it would be the same ring but the diamonds don’t even equal in value which is ridiculous. Oh and to speak to their customer service skills not one single employee EVER apologized throughout this traumatic experience. So for anyone looking to go here DONT!!!!"
