"This taco service is awful! They're usually late for pick-ups and even later for return trips! That's when they even bother to show up to begin with! The dispatchers are rude as well. Most of the cabs are dirty. If I could rate this a 0, I would!"

"worst taxi service ever very rude drivers especially for disabled patrons and they keep sending a broken wheel chair van with broken ramps so u have to climb in and out with serious risk of falls talked to the owner he did not seem to care about his rude employees did not even ask the employees name when i told him recently anouther employee refused to put the ramp down as i just had leg surgery the employee rolled his eyes and huffed i was then asked to move my seat multiple times to accommodate anouther healthy passenger and made to sit next to a woman with a newborn child shortly aftet mine just died i ended up crying the whole ride. the owner told me that they would no longer send a wheelchair van for me because they dont want to put the ramp down and i cant bend my knees in a car so i dont know how i am going to get to ny doctor appts considering this is the only company my insurance will pay for to get me to the doctors tomorrow i am putting a complaint in with the attorney general"

"Driver went the wrong way twice. The told me i was wrong and could get out and walk. Thsen after that a differnt driver showed up to take me home showed 35 min late and his reason was i needed to pick up my family frist. Brought his kids and wife. He was vary rude . Are u kidding me this company need to be shut down not. NEVER CALL THEM."

"Didn't take a ride with these guys, but one of their drivers almost caused us to hit a truck on the way in to work this morning. Be careful, they seem like very unsafe drivers. Don't try to pass drivers who are attempting to pass a large work truck; especially when there was no space to do so. Also known as.... Don't drive like a jerk...."

"Transportation was arranged for me through this company and, when I called to be picked up, they told me it would be "at least an hour" before anyone could get to me only to stop answering calls completely 90 minutes after I was supposed to be picked up. I was left completely stranded in a parking lot, in the middle of the night, and in freezing rain."
