"The ladies here were nice, hospitable, responsive, and cared to give you the nails you want. Do not book on Groupon unless you plan to go within 3 days of purchasing. They will ask you to get a refund from Groupon but honor the price. I went 30 days after and the ladies went on my phone directly to live chat Groupon for a refund. It took 30 minutes of my time. I still tipped 50% of the Groupon price, unfortunately. The manicure was low quality. An older woman did my manicure and a younger woman did my pedicure. She filed the edges of all my fingers’ cuticles to “clean up” afterward. I don’t get gel nails done often but I’ve never seen this technique. She also cut one of my cuticles slightly too deep. Gel nails usually last weeks for me without issues. These nails started peeling off within 4 days. The staff offered to redo the peeled nails within 1 week. The younger woman did a better job and redid 7/10 of my fingernails; however, I can see the tops of the redone nails are going to start peeling off "
