"I called to schedule an appointment with one of the only two nail techs that I feel are good here. When I got there, they gave the person I had an appointment with to another client because she was the only one who knew to do that service. The nail tech I received was rushing, very rough, and dismissive the entire service. Apart from bad customer service, I haven’t even had my nails done for 24 hours and my GEL manicure has chipped on 5 nails. The products they use are watered-down and not good quality. $86 down the drain."

"This is my second time at this salon. Both times my nails broke off and became extremely weak. It's unfortunate bc prior to coming i had been giving myself my own manicures and had grown my nails to a nice long length. After coming here my nails have w are all breaking off. Overpriced and thats fine as long as it helped my nails grown instead of breaking. Other than that service was great on both both occasions but they dont value healthy nail bc whatever polish and machines they have are not the best"

"I had a pedicure here and found it very subpar. I didn’t need to have my calluses removed but I did expect my feet to be buffed so they were smoother (this did not happen). The woman doing the pedicure seemed to want to rush through and my feet still look pretty beaten up after. Also the complimentary shoulder massage while my feet were drying was exactly 7 seconds long. I won’t be returning here even though I live across the street."

"Great spot! A little pricier than other Issa salons but still good pricing for the neighborhood. They also have packages... For example, you can get a mani, Pedi and 20 minute massage for (I think) $60... Obviously it can change but that's a great price! Will definitely be back! I got a Mani Pedi with dazzle dry polish"
