"Nails were done really good!"

"The incident occurred on Wednesday 08/03 around 5:20-6:15pm, I had my daughter do her nails as usual at this place but they charged her $60 for a simple basic short full set in which has always been $25-$30, I got upset because we are accustomed to paying that price but they charged my daughter $60 which is double what we pay. They took advantage of my daughter . So I called the owner and he only gave us back $10 and covered up for the employee who did my daughters nails. He was unapologetic and stated a lie in behalf of the employee by stating that the nail set included a different kind of acrylic, the owner has employees that are scammers because it’s happened multiple times already this year and I never complain before assuming the situation will get better but it’s only gotten worst. This time they scammed us out of $30 extra dollars. My daughter got a basic nail set, the same nail set she’s been getting for years. His employees have been giving random prices and giving excuses as to why, they think that customers don’t know what they getting. Plus to top it off, her pinky nail came completely off because it wasn’t properly installed. The owner has unlicensed employees doing nails in this year and they have been doing a horrible job and charging what ever they want. I’m tired of it and the owner only cares for his new illegal employees more then his loyal customers. I will never again go back because it’s happened way to many times this year!!! They don’t care or respect there loyal customers who been going there for years. All the good nail tech are gone! There’s only but 2 good honest nail tech."

"The technicians are awesome, especially Lorena, Maria and Denis…. But the boss Marcelo is difficult at times…. He didn’t allow Maria to use the same color on my feet because it’s a “new” color…. So why was it allowed to be used on my fingernails last week? I am NOT happy with his customer service today!!! Not feeling valued as a customer that’s been coming here for more than 10 yrs!!!"

"Went in as a first time customer and the girl named Ruth did my nails. I had a "full set", but it was the acrylic poder on my short nails. Paid $28 bucks plus tip and She did a horrible job and when I had asked her if she was to fix them she told me no. The entire time she was on her phone and supposedly had neck pain, but then again if you in pain why would u be working? I just left the place and won't be going again. Wish I can post my nails so people can see."

"I went to get my toes done on my birthday and she charged me $40 to cut my toe till I was bleeding then I saw none of there Utensils where clean ,and she used hand soap. And my gel color was not what I asked for I wanted them to be mood and she gave me a random pink color. She wouldn’t even apologize for the Horrible service she just put her headphones in when I told her. Truly wish I didn’t pay"
