"7 days in and 3 of my natural nails have broken and the paint peeled off. The set I got done from another salon before I came in lasted 2 weeks and was barely starting to chip. The service was lackluster but I don’t mind for stellar quality. I also asked her to keep my nails round like they were when I came in and she didn’t listen and made them square, filing them down WAY more than was necessary. Still, I gave a 33% tip because these looked pretty nice on day one and Monica took a lot of time doing them. I am upset that I spent $60 (set + tip) for a manicure that weakened my nails, broke them, and didn’t last. And when I messaged them about it on instagram, no reply. I’m going back to my last salon because they take much better care. And for the record, you’re supposed to soak gel nails off with nail polish remover; not shave them down with a power tool. I’m so upset."

"Upon arrival I was seen quick . The woman that did my manicure failed to push any cuticles back as I ask along with painted my nails in a rush. The woman that did my pedicure not only cut my skin and I was actively bleeding she painted my toes and left paint on some skin. I asked her to clean it up and then she did but if I did not ask she was going to leave it as such. She then did not apologize for cutting me . The paint job was careless and rushed for both parts.10 hours after the manicure my nails chips . I did not wash any dishes just get ready for night out."

"Horrible!!! I was soaking for an hour and the girl checked on me twice then had the audacity to blame my previous nail tech and say she stained my nails when there is still acrylic on them!! NO HEAT AND NO WATER AT THE NAIL SALON so beware of going if it’s cold cause you will literally disintegrate from the cold."

"Please don’t let the look of here bring you in like it did me. I went because I was going on vacation and it’s close to my home. I’ve been looking for a new nail salon and thought I found it based on the few reviews MAAAAN WAS I WRONG. I sat in the waiting chair for 10 min before someone asked if I needed help. I went for a full set n a pedicure with acrylic on my big toes (personal preference). The young man who did my services seems to just have been out of school or something. He stayed on his phone the entire time. Acrylic on my hands are in even they are chipping within a week my two big toe nails were so think I couldn’t wear any I closed shoes and they piped off in 4 days so I’m on vacation with messed up feet mind u my services totaled $95 !!!! This is on the high end and you would expect good/great work. During my pedicure service the foot bowl wasn’t full of water and it was cold and when I stated it he acted “surprised” and went and microwaved water to put in the pedicure bowl all in all this place looks nice but that’s it. NEVER AGAIN I feel like the positive reviews are from the techs themselves or friends not actual customers because it always empty."
