"I was looking for a place to do my nails for graduation (last minute of course). I am familiar with the neighborhood, but never ventured into the salon until yesterday (5/24/23). I got a regular pedicure and a full set with regular polish (+French tip which is an extra fee). Pedicure took about 10-15 minutes to begin, my feet were soaking while the nail tech was finishing up with her customer. Honestly, I did not mind this at all. When she came to give me a pedicure, she was very efficient and worked quickly to do so. The acrylic tips came out beautifully. I showed her a style I wanted for my graduation and she replicated it as best as she could. The only issue that I have with my nails are that many of them had acrylic build up underneath. So things like lotion build up underneath the nail. I have a nail brush, so I am able to clean them out. All together the pedi +acrylic with French tips $71 if in cash. They accept card payments, but they also add NYS tax to your total. You can put the tip on the CC slip or cash."

"Unideal Experience - Hello! I recently found this salon while browsing through google maps and decided to go on a whim. The reviews looked decent and their pricing was reasonable for NYC prices - which held true ($70 for acrylic tips + design). However, my experience was not ideal to say the least. First, the nail techs in the salon were speaking in Mandarin to each other and did not bother to at least check and see if I could understand them (which I could). It was raining that day and my hair is naturally pretty thin so when it gets wet, it becomes even more apparent (something I am pretty self conscious about haha). When I first walked in, the older nail tech (HongYan) had made a comment to my nail tech (LingLing) saying in Mandarin “oh my this girls hair is falling out all over the place”, which I did not appreciate. Second, I rarely ever complain about service but a basic French tip with a small simple design should not take 2.5 hours to do, around 1 hour for just the hearts. The nail tech (Lingling) doing my nails was trying her best she really was. But as she was redoing the hearts, she apologized to me in English but was complaining to HongYan in Chinese how “she does not want to do it anymore”, “drawing these hearts are annoying”. And then her coworker (HongYan) came over to see what was taking so long and said to her “just give her one heart it’s fine and call it a day.” And as time grew later and later, more customers started coming in and the HongYan would make comment to LingLing saying “these hearts took so long that other customers are having to wait,” which I did feel bad about, but I hardly think that is because of me. As some more customers came in, they were commenting to each other saying things like “ugh these people reek of weed” “it’s giving me a headache” etc etc. Overall, with the nails themselves the quality of the finished product isn’t as nice as i have had previously at some other places. The French tip color did not fully cover the tip of the nail. From the front it looks alright! Just felt as if the product was incomplete as a result. But overall I am relatively satisfied with the look of the nails (don’t think I’m usually picky about nails) - just did not have the best experience during the process."
"They are so good. Ling Ling is extremely patient and sweet. I am very picky and had my reservations after reading the reviews on here but I genuinely had the best time and service. Definitely going back"
