"Angie did a good job but my gel mani chipped less than 48 hours later. I went back and they tried to blame the chipping on me. They fixed it but very aggressively and I knew they were talking about me. I’m sorry but I only get gels and I’ve never had a gel mani chip in less than a week."
"Expensive, ATTITUDE TO SPARE and simply a waste of money. Their work doesn't last even though they have some pretty good technicians. Unfortunately, they are lazy and don't listen. They refuse to take direction. For example: I've been doing my nails for over 40 years and I know what works for me and what doesn't in terms of shape and length, etc.. Also, I know how to do the job so that it lasts. I have a regular technician 2.5 hours away. Yup, she is that good! However in the off times I cannot see her, I try other places and the customer service and work quality is just way off! If a fill in is $62 what does a full set cost? Its ridiculous BUT if I got a manicure I LOVE, I'd get over it. But NO! The technician refused to cut a portion of my nail in order to fill it properly insisting she new better.. I was back the very next day with a broken nail AND she was upset she needed to fix it. Went on and on complaining in their language loudly. I didn't need to know what they were saying to know it was about me. It is now 3 days after and another nail broke! $72 (including tip) thrown away! Going back means a fight and I'm just not in the mood! The shape was great, the paint job, as long as you insist they get every nook and cranny, is great but the attitude and inability to do the job thoroughly is not for lack of ability but straight up laziness and corner cutting. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THAT!"
"Very unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer here, specifically requesting to see a particular nail specialist. When I called to make an appointment, the person who answered the phone suggested a 5:30 appointment with that specialist, and I agreed. Upon arriving, the specialist started working on my nails. However, after 20 minutes, she informed me that her "original customer" had arrived and there was confusion because they thought I was trying to cancel the 5:30 appointment (how can I cancel something I never booked it in the first place). Despite the mix-up, they asked if I would be willing to switch to another nail technician to complete the job. I expressed my dissatisfaction because I had a preference for the work of the specific specialist I had requested. Then, they suggested that I come back at another time, as if my time had no value. Unfortunately, that was not a suitable option for me, so I reluctantly agreed to have someone else finish my nails. I understand that mistakes happen, but what I find unacceptable is leaving a customer who has already started receiving service in order to accommodate someone who just arrived. We both made reservations, yet they mishandled the situation and failed to offer any compensation or gesture to rectify the issue. Instead, it felt like they were openly playing favorites. Had I known that the specialist I wanted was busy, I would have rescheduled my appointment. However, with my feet already halfway done, I was left with no choice but to accept whichever technician was available, knowing that I would have to pay even if I decided to leave: It was a lose-lose situation for me. As a loyal customer who consistently leaves generous tips, I refuse to be treated in such a manner at a place where I go to relax and take care of myself."
"Im always nervous to try new salons but definitely lucked out in trying this place!! I got dip powder and tips, and had a really easy, comfortable experience. I called about 15 minutes before showing up as I needed something last-minute, and they were accommodating, but I will say that the salon got much busier after work hours."
