"Think I just got unlucky. A mail tech cut a few of my cuticles too short and I bled in the salon. Two days later and they still sting in water and are generally sore. Decided to leave a review after one finger started bleeding again. Not sure how but I’m traveling and probably when grabbing a bag I scraped it back open."

"I had a regular pedicure and it was a great experience. My nail technician did not rush doing my nails, and she did a fantastic job. The space is well lit and designed, the chairs are super comfortable. I added a 15-min massage after the pedicure and I was in cloud nine. I recommend this QQ location."

"Worst nightmare. Save yourselves from damaging your nails. Reasons I would not recommend someone to come here: 1. The women who did my nails clearly had zero knowledge of what she was doing. She scraped my nails so brutally I insisted her to stop. What was more shocking was she kept on going, saying it was okay. 2. After she damaged all my nails, it started to have a burning sensation. And while waiting for last polishing of nails(!) she started to rub my shoulders. (which I did not ask for) This was later charged as a massage, which I felt no muscle relaxation but just some rubs on skin with lotion. 3. During payment the man at the counter forced me to pay the tip to her which I had no intention. Most sadly, now my nails hurt and have a burning sensation (this can happen when nailbeds too thin.) I also need to be extra cautious when using hands so nails won’t rip."

"My go to nail place! Clean and consistently do a great job. The manager, Ryan, is always helpful and friendly. Ely and Ada are my go to. Couldn’t recommend enough!"

"This place is kind of between three and four stars. I’m giving it for because they are efficient, friendly, and the place is very clean. Manicures are $16, pedicures are $30, and a combo plus a 20 minute massage is $70, so not a terrible deal. Oh, I like that on each of the occasions I have come here (as a walk-in) they have been accurate with the amount of time I would need to wait before getting your service. A lot of places tell you yes they can take you now, but then make you wait a half an hour before they start your nails. They have a fantastic selection of colors for both regular polish, gel, and dip. You will definitely find the type of color you are looking for. My main gripe about this place is that my nails never seem to last as long as I would expect them to. Obviously, it is possible that I have been harder on them than I thought, but their service is always seem to last a shorter. And other similar places who use the same product. I don’t think a regular manicure should chip the same day if I am careful with it. Overall, this is a spot I would come back to you. If I am in this neighborhood, it is better than several of the other options around."
