"The owner is a disrespectful, gaslighting man who has no concept of how to speak to a customer. Walked to QQ Friday night to make an appointment for Saturday morning for powder nails that cost $55 I double checked with him if there would be any extra costs associated with removing my gel nails to which he vehemently said no. And assured everything is included in the price. after my appointment I noticed the bill had extra charges. when I was connected with the owner. He tells me I’m lying. I never asked for other charges me that other establishments in Manhattan would charge $20 extra whereas he’s only charging $10 Extra. To you, sir, I say, do you think I’m stupid. if other establishments are charging 20 you’re not running a charity you’re running a business there’s no way you wouldn’t also charge 20. It would’ve been more respectful if you said, you misheard me and I would happily pay the 10 bucks extra. To the rest of you I say, save your money find a different nail place. The service here was subpar, one of my nails has a white line streak across the fit they didn’t even cut my cuticles properly. I have dead stray skin all over and this is 15 minutes after my appointment (except for the shoulder massage). I will never go back."
"Zero stars! The gentleman who works there is rude, unprofessional and not licensed. He didn’t like the tip he received so he aggressively started painting my fingers and skin very sloppy and speaking of me to his colleagues in his native language. When I asked for another tech to please clean my fingers that were covered in polish, he started screaming at me and harassing me. I requested for him to return my tip and he slammed it down on the table. I then asked the salon manager to produce his license which she was not able to do and none of the licenses are displayed as they should be by state law. Bottom line- this place is horrific. Except for the one nice woman who kindly agreed to fix my nails after I paid for my service. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time at this place. Plenty better places in the neighborhood."
"*editing a week after* Initially they did not do a great job, the nails looked lumpy and inconsistent (especially for the price they're charging). They all chipped within a week. They've done a really bad job. I've been doing Gel for years, it never looks this bad after only one week. Totally not worth what they are charging. Stay away!"
"I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and it started chipping not even a full week later. Absolutely not worth the higher price especially when there are so many other cheaper options. The staff and space was really nice, but i’m really disappointed in the quality. Based on other reviews and photos posted, this is sadly a common experience here."
"Staff was kind but the quality of the service was really poor. My gel mani started chipping 2 days later and can easily just tear off. Not sure if it's the quality of the polish they use or the way it's applied but it felt like a waste of money."
