"Niagara Falls location.. Got taxes done 2 days ago. Husband gets a phone call from Kathy, to come pick up taxes because they couldn't e-file due to an issue with my social. Husband is at work so I run over and ask for Kathy. Wait, and wait and the poor receptionist hands me papers and says you and your husband need to sign and mail. Mind you it's tax deadline day. I tell her that can't happen my husband is at work and I need to speak to Kathy. Wait some more and Kathy calls me in her cube, and says same thing, signatures, can't e-file etc...calls another worker to give me an explanation of why it can't be e-filed, said worker doesn't leave his cube. Very large man comes walking in, she calls him over and he says come with me. Mind you he can barely breathe and is basically gasping for air. He tells me same, signature, mail, etc and when I say my husband is at work he says forge his signature. REALLY...Not one person could explain why...you mean the IRS just says, nope...can't e-file. What about my social is wrong...did you input it wrong...what exactly is it. No one could answer. EG Tax didn't hesitate to take our money to prepare but didn't finish the job. EG Tax Niagara Falls...DON'T DO IT"
