"I drive by this shop often, but decided to stop in today for a shoe shine with the hope that they’d be able to clean up the white soles (I’ve been to a few other places, and no one has been able to). Either way, the top part of the shoes needed to be cleaned up. So I figured it was worth a try…… Much to my surprise, they were able to clean the soles up to the point where they almost looked new! Glad that I work in the area as I will be bringing all of my shoes there from now on. Great work, gentlemen - I will definitely be back!!"

"My first 1 star review as I usually am happy with service providers. I pre-paid, then came the next day to pick up my shoes and only then did they say they couldn’t fix them. They didn’t even call me to advise of this. Very disappointing."

"As I was searching through shoe repair shops near me, this store popped up. Let me tell you, I live in Fort Lee, but I want to go as far away as I can from this shop. A few years ago, I gave my $200 calf leather shoes to fix a little tear on the side. When he fixed my shoes, he put Frankenstein forehead look alike stitches on the side of my shoes. I couldn't believe what he did to my shoes. I thought to myself, "Is this how all the shoe repairs fix shoes?" Since then, I have never went to another shoe repair shops. If there was any damages or issues to my shoes, I just threw them away. Now, I really have to fix my $150 cloud sneakers. So I decided to give another try at shoe repair shop, but definately not this one. I will probably go to Palisades Park this time. If you want to turn your shoes into Frankenstein forehead style, by all mean, come to this place and experience it for yourself."

"It is rare that I would leave 1 star review but this guy definitely deserves it. So I brought my timberlands leather brown designer edition barely worn for one season and asked them to refresh the color or repaint and change the bottom rubbers. I bought them over on Monday he said Friday or Saturday I asked them to be ready by Friday and tip them in cash in advance and he asked for $50 Mind you that I bought them brand new from Bloomingdale’s outlet for about $120 Anyway the guy seemed nice the shop looks busy so I figure he’s the guy So I just pick them up the color he did OK job on but the bottom he only changed the front enough of the hill he said you didn’t ask me for the hill I said what difference does it make to change the front but not the hill? So he kept on arguing and he said it’s extra I said I don’t mind paying extra but then when he said it’s $25 extra that’s what I just stormed out of the store so if you want to get ripped off this is the place to go"
