"Vincent and Edison exhibited expert skill and efficiency when dealing with an extremely difficult replacement of a secondary sewage line in a ceiling. Parts acquisition, total removal of the old pipes and installation of custom-fit, new piping was completed in ~ 2 hours. Additionally, they were willing and able to address another issue with our sump pump. They were highly collaborative in finding the best repair solution, transparent about pricing and provided clear recommendations about future maintenance. Roto-Rooter's competitive price coupled with exemplary professionalism has made them our go-to plumbing company! We highly recommend them!!"

"I had one of the most amazing experiences today. My main sewer line keeps on clogging. Every few years we have someone come out to clean and clear it. In all my time I never had an experience as good as I had today. A knowledgeable plumber Vincent came out he was so patient and thorough. He spent a total of 4 hours at my place. I've never seen someone so dedicated to his trade. In the end he recommended we get a camera to make sure we fix the problem properly. He called another crew and they came within 15 minutes. Amet and his colleague with the camera (Didn't catch his name) found one more clog and together they made sure every last clog was cleaned. They didn't leave till we tested and made sure everything was clean. The team was truly something amazing!! Highly recommend."

"Vincent did a wonderful job and he explained everything. He cleaned up after he finished the job. The only con with using rotor rooter was its pricey. I probably spent $2-300.00 more than if I called a local plumber. I was in a bind so I went with them."
