"I was literally recommended by a friend who knows them to go there for an inspection and the first time I called the guy who answered explained his machine isn’t working and to try on Monday. Ok cool. Tried again and whoever answered me was rude, said nobody is doing inspections (huh?) and asked me who is calling as if that matters, a paying customer is calling to ask if I can schedule an inspection! I tried to clarify that I’m just asking if I can schedule an inspection and he hung up on me! What the hell?!? Who does that??? Never going there."
