"PRISCILLIA is an amazing person she is a honest lawyer and she has been a blessing to our family I recommend her so much so honest"
"Her experience, dedication, and willingness to handle complex cases changed my life.I don't know where to begin, but I will start by saying there is no other immigration attorney I trust more than Priscillia Suntoso ( Lia ). I was granted a "Withholding of Removal" from the United States based upon a sexual orientation exemption in 2003. I missed the one-year deadline to renew this status, and my attorney at that time didn't try to appeal the suspension of my "Withholding of Removal" status. I have become more aware of immigration laws ever since and have continued updating my knowledge about immigration after this horrible experience. I tried to re-open my case in 2011 based on a change in circumstances (gender transition). I went to see different immigration attorneys, even the best attorney for LGBT, and I also called Hofstra University for help because I believed I had a strong case. Nobody was willing to take on a case of my complexity or even attempt to re-open my case for adjustment status! They all told me I didn't have a case and couldn't re-open. One of them even told me to move to Canada. During the time of my gender transition, I tried to change my gender on my immigration paperwork for three years but was unsuccessful. The immigration application center kept asking me for more evidence of my gender transition even though I provided evidence accordingly! I met a friend who recommended Lia to me. My past terrible experiences left me feeling hopeless and like this wasn't going to work. I was wrong; I think an Angel was sent from heaven. That Angel was Lia. She was able to change my gender on my immigration paper with only one phone call! I thought that was amazing. I was so happy. Seeing progress after such a short time was finally some good news after such a long time of disappointment. I don't know how she obtained results so quickly, but she had shown me an ability no one else could soon after she was able to re-open my Asylum case. The case was reopened in 1 month! We filed a motion to re-open in October 2015, which was approved in November 2015. Amazing! We were given the date to see the Immigration Judge 2 months later. We had to change the venue and change the judge due to immigration scheduling conflicts, but Lia still kept getting results despite all of the challenges. I finally felt hope again based on how she does her work. Lia also wants her client to work hard with her. My case was very strong but very complicated, and I didn't even think I would win asylum, especially after I had been living in the United States for 16 years! After all her hard work, my asylum was finally granted without objection! She fought so hard for me. She cares about her clients. She takes her client's needs personally. She is my Angel. Without her, I would have been deported and forced to return to a place that would never accept me for who I am. Lia is honest and will tell you the truth! If you want to know if your case is strong or weak, she will say so! She told me I had a strong case, but it was complicated and might take a long time to finish. She even created three options for me to adjust my status in case the first one failed. She had a plan for me. Since my visa was no longer eligible, she applied for asylum, and we won! Her experience, dedication, and willingness to take on pro bono complex cases changed my life and gave me the chance I needed."
"It's really expensive for an interview session of 200 USD"
