"I brought my ankle boots to be re-heeled and arrange to pick them up the following week. I paid in advance and was given a pink ticket for collection. When i arrived for collection it appeared my Boots could not be found. I waited whilst he checked around his work area to no avail. I left with my ticket and said i would return the following week which was today. He told me my boots were NOT there and added i had collected them the day i dropped them off! I obviously had NOT collected my boots as why would i return twice to his place. The whole reason i wanted my boots repaired was because they were comfortable and soft nice leather that i had purchased in Spain. I am Sad to say that NO apology was offered and actually he accused me of wrong doing taking no responsibility for losing my Boots. When i asked for compensation for my Boots he stated that it wasn't his fault! I would love to know whose fault it was as i was just the innocent victim. He did give me my $20 back reluctantly but seemed to think it was acceptable not to offer me an apology or compensation. I do believe in Karma, so watch out as just when you least expect it......."
