"Went to the apple store and they tried charging me an arm & a leg for a new phone screen after I waited in line to be seen for over an hour....I walked right out and met a man named Moe at Cellaxis towards the Macy’s. He agreed to replace the screen on my phone for a fraction of the price, no long wait, no lines, immediate service. It seems like big businesses nowadays don’t seem to care about the customer and that’s how I felt at apple. I felt the exact opposite from the service I received at Cellaxis.
