Boris Mechanical 465 Grand Street, Manhattan, New York 10002

"Boris mechanic is such a fraud. They told us we had to make a full payment upfront, otherwise they wouldn't take the job and this was their company policy. So we did make a full payment. After checking with department of building we didn't need to proceed the job we requested. So we asked to canceled the job since they haven't started it yet and we asked for a refund. But, they refused and did not give us any refund. We asked for partial refund as Boris mechanic didn't do anything. We didn't get any refund and wasted our $4000, they were the one who was yelling at us. They were so rude, had no conscience, and had no business ethics. They were just taking advantages from us since we were not native speakers. Definitely, they were the worst contractor I ever worked with and I am writing this review to prevent any victims like me. This incident happened last year, I still think this is very unfair!!!!! And, I want my money back!!!!!!"
