"Never using this company again. Their plumber fixed original problem. Then the plumber made unauthorized further repairs on pipes within the same area and charged me for the parts and labor on that part of the job. The same plumber who was very rough with the pipes in the same area caused a secondary leak that was not part of the original job. The plumber did not want to document the unauthorized repairs on the bill. When I insisted, he document those unauthorized repairs the plumber took off his face mask and argued with me in my home potentially exposing me to COVID. Later that day, a second plumber had to come back and fix a leak caused by the original plumber. The manager stated that she would adjust the bill. After calling twice for the credit the company finally adjusted the bill and gave me the credit."

"Have used Jack Gayson plumbing in the past with great results. So naturally, when a pipe started leaking in the basement I didn't hesitate to call them again. Jason was the mechanic who showed up. He was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was here for just over two hours and he was able to repair the leak and slow drain in the kitchen sink. I also asked him to take a look at the bathroom toilet on the first floor which was acting up. In no time at all, after replacing the parts in the tank, the toilet was running perfectly.
