"My experience was great! The team is very professional and they took great care of my SUV. Most of the parts I needed, they already had there at the shop. Very fast. I also appreciate the format of their digital receipts that show the work that they’ve done. (Before/After) it helps for those who don’t know too much about cars. I will be bringing my vehicle here for as long as I am in NYC!"

"It breaks my heart to have to give this place 1 star when they originally gave me 5 star treatment the first day I used them. The first time I used them, they saved my car (my engine overheated) and did the work quickly. Because of that, I have been going there as my main mechanic shop for the past 6 months. One thing I noticed is that every time I would go there, they got more and more lousy with communicating things to me in regards to my car. I need my car for delivery jobs so every day it stays in the shop, the less income I am making. Also, the more I used them, the pricier it became. However, yesterday was my last straw. My father had to go to the shop to pick the car up after it being there for 3 days. Donovan did not fix the issue the first time I paid $240 so I brought it back. It was most likely the presence of a man that made him finally release the car. I specifically told him the issue (my car made a whining noise when I drove on the highway) and he still did not do it. He claimed he did not hear the sound while driving on the city streets. Of course you didn’t, because I told you that it only happens on HIGHWAYS. As a young woman who trusted this shop, I will always be skeptical of mechanics from this day forward, because of my experience here. Shame on you for not caring enough to proactively contact me about my car and holding it hostage without doing the necessary work. Very unprofessional! Go to somewhere that respects your time."

"Nothing better than a fair, respectful and highly capable mechanic. If you have any issues at all and want to get it fixed right , give Donnavan a call. He fixed my 1987 coachman RV that wasn’t starting. This thing is old and very analog and he took care of the problem with no bs, no issues, and in a timely manner. Don’t let anyone else mess with it, don’t try it yourself, him and his crew are gonna take good care of you. He’s definitely my go to mechanic from now on."

"Definitely recommend! I called around 6pm on a Saturday night for a problem i should have fixed a month ago. I was told to pick up the parts I needed (wheel barings) which I got nearby the shop. I spent about 1 hour and a half there while the barings and hub of one wheel was replaced. Drove half way down the block and knew I could feel safer driving my car. Jonathan was very helpful and I will definitely be returning for some further work. Best part about this was the time- no one else was willing to even look at my car when it decided to act up! (I was told by several different mechanics to bring my car Monday..2 days away) FIVE STARS!"
