"Prompt professional service. My computer issue was resolved quickly."
"Made an appointment for battery service of an iPhone11 a week in advance. When I showed up they told me they didn't have the parts and suggested Id receive better service at an Apple store. At that point it would take me 40 mins to reach an Apple store and none had availability for battery service for rest of the day. When I called the Geek Squad to make a new appointment they could not guarantee theyd have the parts, even if given advance notice. Ive had great experiences with Geek Squad in the past but this one showed some glaring weaknesses and how little they value their customers."
"ABSOLUTELY SCAM! I needed a new laptop screen replacement, they were charging me 400 dollars!? The screen itself only costs 70$ but their whole shipping costs more than the screen itself(85$), then I went to a different store and they fixed it for 1/4th of their price, THEY EVEN offered me a upgrade to 120hz which costed 30 more dollars but was very worth it. I highly recommend not going here"
"This location deserves 0 stars. My wife and I came in to replace our iphone batteries, they did not have the required materials to do so and could not tell us when they would get them. They did not offer us a rescheduling option either and were not helpful at all, I will definitely not be coming back. I would also recommend not coming here for any apple product related issues, it seemed like they had no idea what they were doing."
