"This store looks like a nice neighborhood shop but the owner, mr. Davidoff is highly dishonest. I dropped two diamond rings off to be cleaned. The sales lady was very nice and we had a long conversation. I took a photo of the rings and the store envelope and left. I came back in a little over a week later and they could not find my rings. The owner, mr. Davidoff said that he would watch the tapes. When I came in to hear about his progress he told me that I had picked up the rings and that he would not show me the tape of me picking them up or tell me the day that I picked them up unless I took him to court. My heart is broken to loose two of my family rings and then the indignity of the treatment was terrible. DO NOT BRING YOUR VALUABLES TO THIS MAN OR YOU MAY BE IN THE SAME POSITION. This kind of behavior should not be rewarded. There are other mom & pop jewelers a few blocks down Smith. Thank you, Martin"

"I took a few watches in here to have their batteries replaced earlier this summer. Granted this was a summer weekday during COVID, but I was able to have the work done while I waited –– which took 15, maybe 20 mins tops. The watches work great. I'll definitely return when the next batch of watches need batteries!"
