"I wish there was a negative star option for this company. My husband and I went there for a SIMPLE tax file and they did not copy the correct numbers over from my W2, a process taught in accounting 101! Fast forward to two years later and now because of their error of simply copying numbers over from a W2 we are notified that we owe the government and we are charged with a fee due to the interest from the wrong filing THREE YEARS PRIOR!!! When we contacted them about this mistake they admitted to making they then avoided phone calls for over a month on how to rectify their error. Needless to say Lawyers now have to get involved! Unfortunately with your taxes you need to ensure the people really know what they are doing, even with a simple married filing! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!"
