"STAY AWAY FROM THESE QUACKS ... again it’s bad that google does not give you option to review negatively I could have not rated any stars. I just hope they run out of business or their heck can be caught by legal authorities. They can really put you in trouble. We were working with some one called Ravi S absolute disgrace to human society and to his job. If you don’t want any trouble with IRS stay away from these guys. They do not reply on time do not file on time they have made huge error in filing and then put addendum in that above all forgot to update us about any of the S... they were making behind their doors. Once you are there only you yourself can save yourself if you are diligent enough. But someone sincere law abiding and hardworking who word their a... off whole year won’t go there."
"P. Nagaraj and Associates are very professional and very reputable accounting firm.There had been some miscommunication on 1099. Before the the matter was referred to court it was very professional resolved by P Nagaraj and Associates as per the books and records. It is very unfortunate to get one's divorce frustrations out on accounting firms like P Nagaraj and Associates. It has nothing to do with the accounting firm P Nagaraj and Asssociates . The form 1099 was reversed as per the divorce courts decision. It has been my pleasure to be one of their clients for so many years now."
"I wish I could give this firm zero stars. This accounting firm issued me a fraudulent 1099 on behalf of his clients. The 1099 technically has to be issued for independent contractors who carry work for business/‘s , business rent and not to family members. I had to take their client to court for sending me a fraudulent 1099 and court ordered their client to pay my taxes directly to US Treasury. The bottomline is that it is the job of accounting firm to refrain from issuing wrong 1099’s even though their client may insist. Their firm should have reviewed Invoices, W-9 before issuing 1099 to family member. It was very unprofessional act of their firm subjecting me to a stressful few months time."
