"Bad service from start to end . We paid more for their fees and although they have all documents and info to file pretty early in the process, they failed to file in time ( first time ever in my life and I've been filing taxes for over 20 years). They claimed they needed to take care of business customers first. We had to pay penalty because they didn't file on time and even with that it took them a while to pay it ( last day ) and using our bank account without asking us for permission. Even solicited to open LLC for us which later on, after speaking to another honest CPA, found out that we didn't need it and it was better if we don't open it. Plus they were not professional and most of the time would call at odd hours at night like around 11 pm or on weekend. Avoid!!!"
