"Very very unprofessional. As I entered, I thought I was losing my mind, but no, the stairs was leaning...much like the leaning tower of Piazza. Shortly after he greeted me with a rude demeanor. Reminded that paid rent for it when I spoke too soon... How distasteful. Insisting that he was the teacher and I'm the student, so I should listen and that he just came from a lecture. Clearly he suffers from delusions of Granger. Its people like this that gives black business a bad name. And I should know, I work for myself. Ugly on the inside equals ugly on the outside."

"I hardly ever write negative reviews, but place has left me inspired. This is the worst tax/business experience I have ever had! He lacked professionalism and was extremely rude to say the least. He is very disorganized and fails to inform you on the documents needed to complete your taxes. He pays very little attention to details, makes numerous mistakes and is clearly only concern with getting his pay. He will come off nice at first, because I believe he is probably a nice person at heart, but he is for a fact one of the most condescending, arrogant and rude person I have ever encountered on a professional level. P.S. I am paying to get my taxes redone elsewhere. Absolute worst!"

"This man is HORRIBLE! He is extremely disrespectful and slow to inform you of any paperwork you need to complete your taxes. All he cares about is how much he gets paid and his assistant is always lost and does not know how to assist you when you come in or call. Tried to use him this year as a college student getting back little to no money. He collected all my information and refused to file until I paid him over the negotiated price! Then when I called to inquire about the status of my application, he insisted I was harassing him and to come pick up my tax information because he will no longer do it! This was well after tax season was over...I'm telling you, he is not worth the trouble and disrespect!"
