"Made 4 appointments with this practice was cancelled last minute every time by the receptionist serena over a 4 months span. Had to drop off my paperwork and requested to get this done anyway, in person, virtual, just to get the process moving along. Then was made another appointment and left a voicemail that it was cancelled. called back 22x over 6 weeks to reschedule and not 1 call back or response. Finally called and requested my documents back and was refused at first , which is illegal as they are personal tax documents. Let's see if I ever get my original tax documents back. Front desk Serena very unprofessional and rude, its a shame as I was referred to this practice by my neighbor who was ashamed and embarrassed when I advised him how I was treated.. SAVE YOUR TIME and your personal documents and go somewhere else."

"This is the third year I do my taxes there and I’m honestly sad that I’m writing this review. And it’s only because I can’t find a way to reach them. I’ve gone to the office and I haven’t been lucky to find Luis. He’s never there. My first two years were good. But I don’t know what happened this year. Absolutely the worse experience and I can say I’m not doing my taxes there again and I hope they can resolve this issue I have. Every year I call to make an appointment so this year I did the same. They lady who answered that I can drop of my papers and they would give me a call for an appointment. I dropped them off and weeks went by and they never called. I called them many times and took days for them to answer the phone. I finally speak to another lady and I told her I dropped my papers off and I need to make an app. She told me no that I Shiism to worry that they will call me back. Then i called again a guy answer the phone. And he was upset rude to me. He told me that if I dropped off the papers I don’t need to come and they would do my taxes towards the end. Then he proceeded to tell me that Luis was too bus and that I didn’t hear correctly when the ladies gave instructions. He asked why I didn’t know anything if I did my taxess there for two years. I tried explaining to him what ladies told me and he wouldn’t let me talk and he said I was wrong. He kept yelling at me and telling me I was wrong. He told me didn’t have time to talk to people who didn’t understand instructions and hung up the phone. I felt very sad and disappointed. Days later I finally got to talk to one of the ladies and she said that Luis was going to do my taxes and I shouldn’t worry, she said that he will call me to ask a few questions and I didn’t have to come and I said ok great. Then weeks go buy and I hear absolutely nothing. I called again and the lady told me Luis had filed my taxes already. And I was so surprised. I guess im a little stupid because I typically don’t put up a fight and I let them do whatever they need to do. But I should’ve gotten a little tougher with them. The taxes weren’t how I wanted them and I asked if she could change it. She put me in hold and asked Luis and I guess Luis said yes. I told them how I wanted them. Then weeks go by again and I hear nothing. I called so they could email me my return and it took 4 attempts. Then i finally looked at them and they were wrong. I’ve been trying to reach them and they done answer. I stop by the office when I could because I live far and Luis wasn’t there. Tomorrows going to be June and I still have received my tax return. The taxes were not filed how I wanted. He put I was single and I’m married. I just don’t know what to do anymore. I’m not the type to complain and I do feel bad for leaving this review. But I honestly need help with this. I need my taxes fix and find out why I haven’t received anything"

"My experience was not what I expected. Being recommended by family members, I expected a different turnout. Mr. Aramayo was nice but most definitely hard to get a hold of. Once I arrived to my appointment we had to wait close to another 2 hours to be seen. I was able to see past all that until recently. I specifically told Mr. Aramayo I was not claiming my daughter on my taxes this year and he confirmed to me that by me giving him her social that it would NOT affect my daughters mother when she goes to do her taxes. Well that was not the case and I should have stuck with my gut instincts. Now I have to go out of my way and come out of pocket to do an addendum to correct my tax return. This is frustrating to say the least. I wont be back."
