"This place is a SCAM ran by bullies! I applied for a grievance, didn’t hear anything from them for an entire year. No email, no phone call, no mail, NOTHING. A year later they mailed a letter after no contact saying that we filed duplicate documents. Shouldn’t I have been contacted BEFORE A YEAR if you seen the duplication in your system? How do you expect to have a good business rapport with people if you can’t do a simple thing such as a phone call or an email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Then tell you to pay $280.00 for their scamming. Never ever again, definitely would NOT RECOMMEND."

"Firstly Id like to say that this place is a total scam DO NOT COME HERE. Initially I thought I was going to be receiving great service considering the first couple of calls were super friendly and very informative. Boy was I mistaken. If you plan on a quick tax deduction then run because this company takes months to get you it. As you all know many of us lost our jobs due to COVID which meant no income was coming into the household. You would think Katz taxes would be understanding but nope they keep calling about making payments and if we dont make them they will be late fees. I even called telling them I couldn't make those payments right now due to COVID but they were not understanding. Eventually I got through to someone and I was told all late payment would be waived because of the situation. Of course I was relieved. Today I received my refund check and to my surprise all of the late payments were taken out without my knowledge. This company is a joke and I would advise you to go anywhere else.
