"Very unprofessional I've been going there for years and I always gone to Mr Alfred saves himself to prepare my taxes this time I went to Robert merchant it's been a month I've called several times and left messages no return calls I've called the office it kept me on hold more than 5 or 10 minutes he doesn't even come to the phone and then they put their facts Bieber sound to come over the phone if it rains too long they will not pick up the phone during their office hours I will never go to this place again and I will be down as soon as possible to pick up my taxes to have someone else do it at this late of time"

"FYI for all, due to COVID-19, they open from M-F 10am-12pm. They close from 12pm-2:30pm. Idk about the weekends. They seldom pick up the phone. Other than that they are good."
