"Worked here for a couple of months and was expected to learn things at an unprecedented speed. The first couple of weeks I was given contacts to call and notify for the tax season, after that, I wasn't given much quality work which seems to be a tactic for temp workers they hire. The training was almost nonexistent, consisting of only a few hours, and then you were left to fend for yourself. During my training period, I noticed that the receptionist had a complex system of doing things. However, I also noticed that they may have been busy or overwhelmed, as they appeared annoyed if I made a mistake. I was then told by my supervisor to stop asking for her assistance (even though she was the only receptionist who was able to train me). Each day there was a new rule that contradicted the other. I was then fired without warning and felt undervalued, reduced to running errands. Would not recommend it, and if anyone is looking for a temp job from this small business PLEASE look elsewhere. Do not let the veneer of niceness fool you. With the lack of care that is given to their new employees, it isn't worth your time and energy."
